Tom Wolfe enjoyed a very successful career in the retail industry before retiring as President and CEO, The Bombay Company-Canada. Starting his career in public accounting (Deloitte & Touche), his financial acumen has been the cornerstone in evaluating real estate transactions, acquisitions, investment strategies, business brokerages and financial projections. He has participated in various real estate brokerage transactions exceeding $500,000,000.
Having negotiated hundreds of various types of property transactions including purchases, selling and leases (office, retail, industrial and land), he is well aware of the needs and requirements of all parties in the process. He has a firm grasp of the importance of real estate in today’s commercial environment and has the skills to properly represent his broad based clients. Tom has been has been a frequent convention lecturer for International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and he is recognized in the industry as a qualified commercial real estate professional. Tom is a member of CCIM Institute (Certified Commercial Investment Member), serves as Treasurer, Board of REALTORS Commercial Alliance of Southeastern North Carolina, and leads educational classes for commercial agents. |
