Randy’s past focus has been primarily as an investment property specialist and land development specialist. Living on Topsail Island, gives Randy a special knowledge and he concentrates on, the area from Hampstead to Jacksonville. His past professional accomplishments include his partnership at Bear Sterns & Co., owner of a manufacturing company that he grew from $2 million to $20 million in gross revenues and his numerous years experience as a Consultant to multifaceted conglomerates wherein he specialized in reorganization of sales and marketing divisions. Randy’s diverse experience allowed him to gain multiple business backgrounds and full understanding of bottom line responsibility.
Randy is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill with BA in Economics. He is a member of the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce Foundation Board. He also serves on the Surf City Planning Board and Topsail Island Association of Realtors Board of Directors. Randy is married with three children and two grand children. He is an avid golfer, enjoys cooking reading and spending time at the beach. |
