Don Harley was born and raised in Raleigh, NC. He received a BA in Business Administration, along with a minor in Economics from Campbell University. First licensed in Real Estate in 1988, Don has practiced Commercial Real Estate for over 19 years, in the Raleigh, Richmond, Washington and Baltimore areas before moving to Wilmington in 1995.
His first job in Wilmington was with 1st Atlantic Properties. In May of 1996, he joined Landmark Commercial to manage sales and marketing, builder relationships, property closings and general administration of numerous single family developments during which Don was successful in creating the transfer of over 250 homesites per year. In March 2000, Landmark Commercial promoted Don to manager of sales and leasing, where he completed over 45 successful commercial real estate transactions in just one year and three months. Don opened Harley & Associates for business on August 20, 2001. The office has completed on average 50 yearly transactions in commercial real estate sales since its opening. Don has a solid track record of landlord and tenant representation in lease transactions and can handle sales and acquisitions of all types of real estate including office and retail space, industrial/flex space, land and building sites. |
